How far in advance do I need to order?

Large custom cake orders often book out up to 4-6 weeks in advance. It is really important to secure your order with a 50% deposit as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Cupcakes I can do with only a few days notice.

How much will my cake cost?

How do I transport my cake?

When carrying your cake keep it level at all times.
Keep your car air conditioned and avoid placing your cake in a spot in direct sunlight.
Ensure you have a flat surface in your car for transport (floor, boot).
If you are travelling with your cake after you take it home, keep it refrigerated so the cake will be nice and firm for travel.

Should I store the cake in the fridge?

Cakes are best served at room temperature. The cake should be refrigerated but taken out up to 1-2 hrs before serving. Always keep cakes away from direct sunlight. Store leftover cake in the refrigerator for up to 6 days. Leftover cake can be frozen.

When/How do we pay for the cake?

All cakes require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remainder of the cake can be payed prior to picking up or on the day as cash or eftpos.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would no longer like to go ahead with your order, your deposit will be transferred to a credit.
You have the option to postpone or cancel this order. Any personalised toppers or preordered decorations that can not be reused will be deducted from your credit.
This credit can be used on any future order/s, and has an expiry date of 2 years from the original date booked.

What happens if I don’t pick up my mixed cupcakes on the day I selected when ordering?

I am quite flexible on what day mixed cupcake orders are picked up, whether it be the Thursday, Friday or Saturday. However, if your order is not picked up by Saturday 11am your order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Can I order a cake for midweek?

My only pick up days for cakes are Friday + Saturday.
